Project Manager – Academic Department

Salary range: From VND 25,000,000 up to VND 40,000,000 month 

Working hours: 40 hours/week from Monday to Friday 

Address: Floor 3, Vinaconex Tower – 34 Lang Ha Street.

Job description:

• Educate and Train: Train team members and team leaders in Academic and Production team, transitioning from Waterfall to Agile/Hybrid to understand and implement Scrum/Kanban principles and methodologies.
• Bridge Communication: Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders and the team.
• Support Product Owners: Assist Product Owners/Academic Managers in defining product goals and managing the backlog effectively.
• Facilitate Scrum Events: Ensure Scrum ceremonies (sprints, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) are conducted effectively and within the designated timeframes.
• Sprint Implementation: Plan, advise, and implement Scrum methodologies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Task Coordination: Organize and manage tasks to keep the Scrum/Kanban framework running smoothly.
• Monitor Progress: Oversee the Scrum process and remove any obstacles that impede the team’s progress.
• Focus on Value: Help the team focus on delivering high-value increments that meet the Definition of Done.
• Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as required by management.

Requirement

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications: Professional Scrum Master/PMP/PMP – ACP, or equivalent Agile certification.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments, preferably in Ed-tech or related industries.
• Agile Expertise: Strong understanding of Agile principles, practices, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Communication skills: Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership: Ability to lead and influence teams without direct authority.
• Agile Tools: Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Team Player: A collaborative mindset with a passion for teamwork and continuous improvement.
